Winemaking: hand-harvested grapes. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 15 days. Aging is always done in stainless steel for a minimum of twenty-four months with short periods in wood.

Organoleptic characteristics: – Sight: lively ruby red tending towards purple with aging; – Smell: intense, persistent, fine, vinous, with aromas of red fruits (cherry, sour cherry) that evolve into delicate and spicy aromas with aging. – Taste: a wine of personality with excellent continuity of smell and taste, characterized by a savoriness that makes it elegant and balanced. Over time, it evolves into a velvety and slightly tannic wine.
