Vinification: carried out in stainless steel for about 15 days. Ageing is always done in stainless steel for a minimum of six months.

Release date: from March 1st of the following year after harvest

Chemical characteristics: alcohol: 13%, total acidity 5 – 5.5, pH 3.50

Sight: lively ruby red with a tendency towards violet.
Smell: intense, persistent, with scents of violet and cornflower, which evolve into delicate aromas of dried fruit as it ages.
Taste: a wine with personality, excellent continuity between taste and smell, characterized by a liveliness and savoriness that make it a young and balanced wine.

Service temperature: 18-20 C°. Gastronomic recommendations: it is a wine suitable for the entire meal. It pairs well with many dishes of Italian cuisine, from appetizers to cured meats, cheeses, first courses, to red and white meats.
