Production: grape production is reduced by 10% according to regulations.

Winemaking: The grapes are vinified separately in steel, fermenting for about 15 days. Afterwards, the wine produced from the same grapes is blended and aged in steel for 12 months and in wood for approximately 12 months. It is then bottled and aged for 6-8 months.

Release for sale: 24 months after the year of harvest

Organoleptic characteristics: Sight: Red wine tending towards garnet with aging; Smell: Intense, persistent, robust, vinous, aromas of berries, which with aging evolve into delicate and spicy aromas; Taste: Wine with personality, excellent continuity of taste and smell, characterized by a savory taste that makes it robust and balanced. With time, it becomes pleasantly smooth and velvety.

Service temperature: 18-20 degrees Celsius. Gastronomic recommendations: It pairs well with many Italian dishes, particularly with roasted meats and aged cheeses.
