Grape varieties: SANGIOVESE 75% – 90% CANAIOLO NERO 5% – 10% MALVASIA DEL CHIANTI 5% – 10% MERLOT 5% – 10% SIRAH 5% – 10% COLORINO 5% – 10%

Vinification: carried out in stainless steel for approximately 15 days. Aging is always done in stainless steel for a minimum of six months.

Release: from March 1st of the following year after harvest.

Chemical characteristics: alcohol: 14% Total acidity: 5 – 5.5 pH: 3.50

Organoleptic characteristics: Sight: lively ruby red tending to garnet with age; Smell: intense, persistent, fine, vinous, scents of violet and mallow, which evolve into delicate and spicy aromas with ageing; Taste: a wine with personality, excellent continuity between taste and smell, characterized by liveliness and savoriness which make it a young and balanced wine. With time, it evolves into a velvety and slightly tannic wine.

Service temperature: 18 – 20 degrees Celsius. Gastronomic suggestions: it is a wine suitable for the entire meal. It pairs well with many dishes of Italian cuisine, from appetizers to cured meats, cheeses, pasta dishes, and red and white meats.
