Our wine, with its intense fruity aroma and bold flavor, has a unique and refined character that reflects our family’s history. Our oils are produced from carefully selected olives, hand-picked and processed quickly to preserve all their beneficial properties. Having grown up in close contact with nature and with a great passion for cooking, he decided to combine his two passions by becoming a chef specialized in using products from his family’s farm. Inspired since childhood by his grandmothers, Mattia represents the New Valleprima. As a cook and writer, he will be the one welcoming you to the farm. He continuously experiments with new recipes, aiming to enhance the high-quality raw materials produced by the farm. Thanks to his innovative abilities and creativity, Mattia has been able to create a perfect blend of culinary tradition and modernity.
